If you are uncomfortable using your credit card information online, or wish to redeem a Gift Certificate or Store Credit; please use one of the methods below to place your order.

Please Note: If you use the website to check out, the credit card information you provide will be immediately used to purchase the total amount of your order.

ORDERING THROUGH E-MAIL


There are two ways to place an order through e-mail.

THE FIRST WAY IS TO CHOOSE THE "SAVE MY CART" OPTION AND ALLOW US TO RETRIEVE YOUR SHOPPING CART ONLINE.

While on our website, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart. (Make sure to select any appropriate options given with each item, such as: length, Color and Gift Box.) When you are finished, click "Shopping Cart & Checkout" (located in the top right corner of the web page) to view your shopping cart. Here you can make any changes needed, like deleting items, or changing the quantity of a particular item.

Select the "Save My Cart" option to save your shopping cart using your e-mail address.

Then send us an e-mail letting us know you have created a shopping cart online saved under your e-mail address with the items you wish to order.

Be sure to provide us with the following information in your e-mail:
  • Your name and contact information (including phone numbers, e-mail address and shipping address, if applicable.)

  • The e-mail address under which you saved your shopping cart, if different from the one you are using to e-mail us.

  • Whether you will need the order shipped (if so, which method you would like to use) or if you will be picking up the order in-store. (See our "Shipping" page, above, to view your shipping options and costs.)

  • If using a Gift Certificate: Your Gift Certificate's Number (located in the top right corner of the certificate) so we can verify the amount and that it has not been used.

  • If using a Store Credit: The name (first and last) under which the store credit was created so we can verify the amount and that it has not been used.

  • If you need the order rushed and done sooner than our current Order Due Date. (The current order due date is listed on the homepage of our website in the top right box.) Please provide us with the exact date you need the order shipped or ready for pick-up if earlier than the stated due date.


  • We will then contact you to verify the placement of the order and its due date, along with the total amount due and payment options, if applicable. (Your payment options are listed below.)

    Please Note: If you have used the "Save My Cart" option before on our website, you might run into the error which doesn't allow you to save two separate carts under the same e-mail address. To fix this, simply retrieve your saved cart and delete the items you do not want, and add the new items you wish to order. If you still encounter problems, then you may choose the second option below to "E-Mail My Cart".)

    THE SECOND WAY TO E-MAIL US YOUR ORDER IS TO CHOOSE THE "E-MAIL MY CART" OPTION WHICH WILL SEND US AN E-MAIL WITH THE ITEMS FROM YOUR SHOPPING CART THAT YOU WISH TO ORDER.

    While on our website, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart. (Make sure to select any appropriate options given with each item, such as: Length, Color and Gift Box.)     Then select the "E-Mail My Cart" option and type our e-mail address (blackgallery@bellsouth.net) into the given box.

    After doing this, you will need to send us a second e-mail indicating that you have just e-mailed us your shopping cart for an order.

    ORDERING OVER THE PHONE



    If you choose to place a phone order, simply call us at: 919.967.8101 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 1-5pm EST) and let us know that you would like to place a phone order and, if applicable, that you will be using a Gift Certificate or Store Credit to pay for it. We can discuss the details of your order and get any information needed at that time.

    Be prepared to give us the following information:
  • The items you wish to order (make sure you know which options you would like with each item, such as: length, size, color, gift box etc.)

  • Your name and contact information (including phone numbers, e-mail address and shipping address, if applicable.)

    SHOPPING IN-STORE



    Of course, you are always welcome to shop at our retail location in Chapel Hill, NC! As it is impossible to have every item available in-store at any given time, be sure to come prepared with the names of any specific items you are looking for. Our website is a great tool for you to see all the designs we can make! We are always happy to make any item for you that is not currently in stock. If you will be using a Gift Certificate, be sure to bring it in with you. If you will be using a store credit, you just need to have the name that it is filed under. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash at our Retail Location.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS



    For In-Store Pick-Up:
    If you choose to pick-up your order in-store, you may pay when you come in. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash. If applicable, please bring your Gift Certificate with you. If using a store credit, you just need to have the name that it is filed under. (You can pay for any price difference at this time.) If you do not use the total amount of the Gift Certificate or store credit, we will create a store credit (or adjust your current credit) for the remaining amount for use at your convenience.

    For Shipping:
    Be sure to see the "Shipping" page (located at the top right of every web page) for prices and descriptions of our shipping options as this will affect the total cost of your order.

    Please DO NOT e-mail or mail us any of your credit card information as it is not secure and could be read by a third party online, or intercepted en route to us.

    If you do not use the total amount of the Gift Certificate/store credit, we will create a store credit (or adjust your current credit) for the remaining amount for use at your convenience.

    Once the transaction is complete, be sure to mark your Gift Certificate as used and destroy it so there will not be confusion later on as to whether or not it has been used.
